This paper presents data referring to the dynamics of aphid species from potato cultivations, for a period of two years 2005-2006, from Didactic Station Timisoara and Varfurile County. Between the two zone there are differences regarding the altitude and also ecological conditions. In pedoclimatic conditions of the Western part of Romania, potato aphids fauna is rich having in  total a number of 42 species. In the lower plain at STN Timisoara there were collected 34 species. In the Virfurile mountain area have been collected 42 species.
