The paper enumerates in a synthetic way the needs that a construction must accomplish by report of the environment. The originality of the paper is the environment means, everywere in the world, a landscape modified by the human intervention. There is no (more) natural environment around us, in the meaning of the virgin land, but only an anthropic environment of the humanity.
