In this paper was approached one of the problems faced by a surveying specialist, to choose a program with which to make a three-dimensional model of the land. The purpose of the paper is to make the 3D model of the land using specialized software based on a topographic elevation of the studied field. The importance of the paper is given by the conclusion drawn from the comparison between the programs for generating the studied model.
