The study of the permanent grassland from Gottlob area during 2000-2006 is differentiated for these two permanent grassland identified plots (nearby Jimbolia and to Grabaţ) through exploitation mode influence, first grassland plot being used more intense by village community animals, the second being less used (to Grabaţ). The purpose of this work is to analyse the evolution of the botanical composition, pastoral value and biodiversity of permanent grasslands from Gottlob during 2000-2006 period. Biodiversity determination is achieved using quantifying methods of the spatial diversity (aggregative and theorizing) by theorizing the information as a tool of measuring the complexity of the ecosystems.
