The paper presents the evaluation of the actual needs for initiating certain management actions in the National Park Apuseni Mountains, explains the current problems, weak and missing points for each management theme. The paper also considers the evaluations of biodiversity and landscape conservation, the evaluation of tourism activities and their influences on the environment.
