The potato cultivar studied in this paper presents a special economically and alimentary importance, but is recalcitrant to the “in vitro” culture techniques. This fact makes more difficult the obtaining of healthy potato seed material, free of viruses, in a shorter time. Thus it was established an optimum micropropagation protocol for this cultivar, using two different culture media and different hormonal variants.
