Since pollution has become disturbing in all parts of the world, it is important to identify all aspects of pollution and what affects it, in order to regulate and amend the problem. Continuous technological and technical progress, development of chemistry, plant breeding using chemicals and fertilizers, animal breading using large amounts of physiological waste, liquid and solid manure, are all significant causes of pollution. Therefore, many companies make programs for ecological and sustainable agriculture. This paper aims at identifying the conditions that are important for organic production, but it also discusses natural resources and new agricultural techniques used in order to reduce pollution. It analyses the conditions for controlled production and identifies the measures necessary for sustainable development of high quality food, protection of the eco-system and soil quality .
